Lead and manage a Learning Experience Design team to create standards-aligned, research-based K-12 math resources and digital learning experiences. Partner cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to operationalize pedagogical vision, oversee content quality, vendor management, and scaleable processes, and drive strategy, analytics-informed iteration, and professional development for the team.

Lead and manage a team of Learning Experience Designers to create rigorous, research-aligned K-12 instructional materials and digital learning experiences. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to operationalize pedagogical vision, ensure standards alignment, oversee content quality, vendor management, capacity planning, and scale content production while promoting equity, accessibility, and data-informed design.

Manage full life-cycle contract processes for state and federal work: review, draft, negotiate, and track contracts, NDAs, licenses, MSAs, and SOWs. Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and compliance, coordinate with Finance and Program teams, ensure corporate registration and insurance requirements, and provide counsel to leadership on contracting risks and processes.
