The Merrill Lending Solutions Advisor II focuses on driving lending solution adoption among Ultra High Net Worth clients by managing credit activities and supporting financial advisors in deal structuring and execution.

The Financial Solutions Advisor will obtain industry licenses and help clients with financial solutions, focusing on relationship management and client needs.

Provides personalized borrowing and banking guidance to financial center clients. Builds and deepens relationships, analyzes financial needs and credit data, recommends lending solutions, originates mortgage applications, gathers documentation, manages pipelines, and follows up throughout the loan process. Conducts outreach, makes referrals, resolves client requests, and coaches financial center associates while balancing sales performance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and client experience.

The role also supports financial center associates with lending guidance and coaching while balancing sales performance, operational risk, regulatory compliance, and client experience.

This role focuses on acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and ensuring client retention while managing a client team and providing comprehensive financial solutions.

The role involves developing IVR applications, ensuring software quality, mentoring others, and maintaining compliance with requirements in a Cloud environment.

Lead and perform advanced penetration tests across the banks global technology environment. Hunt for high-risk vulnerabilities, exploit chains, document findings, articulate risk to stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with security and business partners to improve detection and response.

Support credit underwriting and monitoring for new and existing commercial clients. Independently manage limited-to-moderate complexity transactions or portfolios, perform financial modeling and analysis, evaluate risk, lead loan structuring and documentation, provide credit approvals for certain actions, and coach/review junior teammates to ensure policy compliance.

Manage a portfolio of middle-market clients to retain and grow treasury revenue by delivering integrated cash management solutions, coordinating RFPs and fulfillment, conducting portfolio reviews, identifying cross-sell opportunities, managing pricing and billing, resolving escalations, and developing data-driven recommendations to improve working capital and digitize payments while partnering with internal stakeholders.

Partner with Treasury Sales Officers to develop revenue-driving strategies, support sales through implementation and onboarding, manage client relationships, perform pricing and opportunity analyses, prepare presentations and pitchbooks, conduct industry research, ensure sales data accuracy, and participate in in-person client calling and client-facing activities.
