Lead and supervise adjusters and staff, assign and review work, audit files and reserves, monitor production and billing, recruit/train/mentor employees, ensure licensing and regulatory compliance, complete audits and reports, and support business and financial objectives.

Investigate and resolve complex property/liability claim issues by analyzing estimates, contracts, and reports; communicate with adjusters, contractors, and homeowners; document findings in web systems; ensure compliance with codes and contractor obligations; monitor timelines and provide status updates.

Manage complex liability claims end-to-end: investigate coverage and liability, set reserves, authorize payments, coordinate litigation and subrogation, prepare reports, and mentor junior staff.

Process medical-only and maintenance workers' compensation claims within payment authority, verify coverage and medical information, approve medical payments after compensability is determined, update computerized claim records, communicate with claimants/insurers/providers, escalate issues to Team Manager, and support related administrative tasks and special projects.
