Manage P&L and pricing strategy for 2-4 states, execute rate changes and regulatory filings, partner with actuarial, underwriting, sales and IT, build reports/dashboards (Power BI), identify profitability actions, present state performance to leadership, and support automation and product launches.

Lead a field sales team to drive territory growth and insurance policy production. Set and monitor targets, coach reps, manage Salesforce activity, expand agency relationships, analyze market trends, recruit and onboard staff, and represent sales cross-functionally. Travel as required.
