Lead and scale a multi-team engineering organization owning Billing, TMS, WMS, and LMS. Manage five engineering managers and a Principal Engineer, drive billing automation, deliver a standalone TMS/Parcel system, improve network LMS efficiency, and ensure WMS reliability and international scalability.
