Manages end-to-end escrow processing and real estate closings, including document preparation, title clearance, recording, title insurance issuance, and post-closing duties. Delivers customer-focused service to buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and underwriters while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ALTA Best Practices. Trains, supervises, guides, and reviews escrow closers and assistants, and supports business development through marketing and customer service techniques.

Generates and converts internet leads into sales prospects and appointments through email, live chat, phone, and online platforms. Maintains customer databases, communicates product and community information, promotes available inventory and financing options, coordinates with Marketing on electronic campaigns, and supports sales meetings, events, and training. Requires flexible scheduling, including weekends, and regular in-person attendance at communities and offices.

Perform month-end close tasks including journal entries, bank and GL reconciliations, revenue recognition, backlog profitability reporting, fixed asset runs, commission packages, cash receipts, and support accounts payable and special project analyses.
