Supports commercial real estate investment sales underwriting by building discounted cash flow models, analyzing due diligence materials, validating financial assumptions, and preparing valuation, proposal, offering memorandum, and market analyses. Manages the GST team, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures compliance with federal, state, municipal, GSE, HUD, Ginnie Mae, and corporate requirements.
