Design and steward enterprise data architecture on a Snowflake-first platform. Define canonical data models, ingestion/CDC/ETL and API patterns, governance and security standards, optimize platform cost/performance, and enable analytics, Customer 360, marketing activation, and AI/ML initiatives while guiding data engineering PODs and partners.

Manage end-to-end ADA interactive process and all leave of absence programs for shoreside North American employees. Serve as subject matter expert on ADA, FMLA, PWFA, USERRA and state/local leave laws; review medical documentation; determine accommodations; coordinate with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and third-party administrators; deliver clear written communications; ensure compliance and accurate recordkeeping. Provide limited benefits support and occasional shipboard travel.

Serve as primary finance business partner for IT cost centers, managing budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and long-range planning.
