Lead AI-informed workforce capacity planning and forecasting for Compliance Operations. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Ops to build scenario-based staffing models, cost and OpEx forecasts, and drive opportunities from analysis through execution. Communicate capacity risk and regulatory readiness to senior leadership and act as a WFM center of excellence across adjacent teams.

Partner with Institutional senior leadership to structure ambiguous strategic problems, build quantitative business cases and financial models, translate data into executive recommendations, design experiments to validate hypotheses, drive implementation end-to-end, and improve processes, frameworks, and operational tooling to shape product and go-to-market strategy.

Lead program delivery for Agent Cockpit, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing roadmaps, dependencies, launch readiness, security reviews, reliability and observability programs, and agent enablement to ensure a stable, performant internal compliance platform.

Serve as second-in-command for Coinbase Derivatives' Market Regulation Department, leading day-to-day regulatory compliance, managing exams and audits, advising on CFTC Core Principles, reviewing surveillance escalations and enforcement actions, and coordinating cross-functional regulatory workstreams to ensure the DCM meets obligations and resolves findings timely.

Lead a team of product managers to define and execute finance transformation and automation across accounting, treasury, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Drive roadmap, stakeholder alignment with finance and engineering leadership, ensure SOX-compliant change management, and identify AI-driven opportunities for scalable finance infrastructure.
