Lead and develop a team of core recruiters supporting CX, Security, ESTO, and People Success. Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy, manage recruiting operations and capacity, analyze pipeline data to remove bottlenecks, and drive process improvements and a high-performance team culture.

Lead end-to-end post-trade clearing for Coinbase Derivatives Exchange, managing clearing, settlement, margining, reconciliation, incident escalation, external relationships, regulatory filings, and building a scalable clearing operations team.

Lead technical strategy for Solana staking at Coinbase, optimizing validator performance and driving cross-product integration while mentoring engineers.

Lead architecture and delivery of Control Center platform capabilities (MCP tool registries, AI orchestration, access automation). Design agentic AI integrations, HITL workflows, and evaluation/guardrail frameworks. Own backend services, SLOs, observability, incident response, and operational readiness for Tier-1 systems. Drive cross-team technical direction, author TDDs, run design reviews, mentor engineers, and partner with Product and Security to deliver secure, scalable platform primitives.

Lead the technical strategy for Coinbase's Data Platform, architecting data systems for AI/ML workloads and ensuring data reliability, performance, and cross-functional alignment.

Own fraud detection and mitigation for ACH payments: design controls, run investigations, analyze performance (precision/recall, financial impact), and partner with Product, Data Science, Risk ML, and Engineering to operationalize risk strategies and transition to model-driven controls.

Design, build, and operate core developer-infrastructure services (CI/build, deployment orchestration, test infra) at scale.
