Lead retention strategy for Coursera + Udemy by diagnosing churn drivers, sizing opportunities, prioritizing experiments, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve renewals, engagement, payment recovery, save/winback, and long-term customer value. Build business cases, own experimentation roadmap, and communicate executive-ready recommendations and dashboards to Consumer leadership.

Advise on US and international privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR), privacy program buildout, DPIAs, incident response, data subject requests, regulatory engagement, and AI-related privacy issues. Partner with Product, Engineering, and InfoSec, mentor legal/privacy team members, and deliver pragmatic, business-focused guidance to senior leadership.
