Support Sales by building segmentation models, territory designs, and compensation plans; advise Sales VPs through business reviews; maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong, and Omni; improve CRM workflows and data quality; ensure account, opportunity, and territory integrity; and collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize GTM decisions.

Lead administration and optimization of Cribl's Workday HRIS, managing HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, integrations, security, data integrity and reporting. Drive business process mapping, build and maintain integrations (EIB/Studio/APIs), support upgrades, audits, documentation, training, and stakeholder collaboration to scale People systems in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Lead backend and full-stack TypeScript development for identity, authentication, and authorization across scalable, resilient cloud and hybrid deployments. Drive architecture, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, mentor engineers, plan quarterly goals, and participate in on-call/service ownership.
