Serve as the technical bridge in sales: identify customer requirements, design and demonstrate security solutions, prepare proposals/RFP responses, provide product feedback to engineering, develop technical marketing materials, and build customer and partner relationships while staying current on security trends.

Build on-sensor ML inference infrastructure, ensure API and ABI stability, troubleshoot production incidents, improve testing, and collaborate with platform teams. The role requires low-level C and C++ systems engineering, strong reliability practices, portability expertise, and occasional travel.

Maintains and improves large-scale production systems across bare-metal servers, virtual machines, and container platforms. Responsibilities include Linux administration, architecture recommendations, hardware troubleshooting, production deployments, scripting and automation, monitoring, CI/CD, configuration management, technical documentation, and on-call support. The role collaborates with distributed cross-functional teams, uses AI to improve workflows, and requires periodic business travel and government-related background and fingerprint checks.

Validate server hardware components and new platform designs through power, thermal, performance, firmware, and automation testing. The role requires expertise in server architectures, validation methodologies, Linux, Python, Bash, Redfish, IPMI, and industry standards including PCIe, NVMe, and DDR.

Lead CrowdStrike Finance & Accounting AI transformation: define operating model and governance, prioritize AI use cases, oversee POC-to-production delivery, drive enablement and change management, measure benefits realization, and report outcomes to executives.

Lead product operations for Falcon Complete by integrating new features, driving technical and process optimizations, leading cross-functional projects, managing Agile workflows, defining metrics and governance, documenting technical specifications, and collaborating with product and engineering to ensure seamless operational integration and adoption.

Lead global patent prosecution and IP strategy for CrowdStrike's cloud-native cybersecurity platform. Manage patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret programs; partner with Product and Engineering to identify inventions; oversee outside counsel, budgets, and dockets; implement and govern AI-enabled IP workflows; and advise on licensing, M&A, and IP enforcement.
