Responsibilities include data ingestion, detection engineering, dashboarding, migrations from legacy SIEMs, troubleshooting, health checks, automation, and customer enablement through mentoring and training.

Design, build, and operate agentic AI systems end-to-end for Professional Services. Advise executives, coordinate cross-functional teams, influence core engineering and GTM roadmaps, design experiments to drive ARR growth, and apply AI to improve decision-making and workflows for strategic global accounts.

Lead deployment, configuration, optimization, and operational support of CrowdStrike Falcon AI/ML detection and response capabilities. Tune ML models, build automation playbooks, develop scripts using Falcon APIs, integrate AI features with customer toolchains, support incident response and threat hunting, deliver customer workshops, and mentor team members. Travel up to 25%.

Lead global registration strategy and event technology for CrowdStrikes event portfolio. Own platform administration (RainFocus), integrations, automations, reporting, onsite operations, vendor partnerships, and continuous improvement to deliver scalable, data-driven attendee experiences across flagship and regional events.

Build and maintain cloud cost monitoring, alerting, and optimization tooling. Develop automation, cost allocation/tagging, data pipelines, dashboards, and integrations with billing APIs. Support FinOps processes, implement cost guardrails, troubleshoot cost systems, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to drive cost-efficient infrastructure and reporting.

Operate and automate large-scale data plane services (Cassandra, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Kafka, etc.), build infrastructure for a devops model, troubleshoot production incidents, and ensure petabyte-scale data is secure, available, and efficiently managed.
