Support treasury and financial operations across multiple entities by monitoring cash and digital assets, reconciling accounts, executing wires and ACH transfers, managing loan-sale funding, processing vendor payments, producing contractual reports, and supporting month-end close. Lead SEC and financial reporting for a public fintech company, managing preparation and filing of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, XBRL tagging, and disclosure. Maintain reporting calendar, SOX controls, collaborate with legal, auditors, and executives, and provide technical accounting guidance on new standards and strategic projects.
