Owns deployments from contract through first transaction and adoption, including ERP, HRIS, SSO, and expense-platform integrations. Own Engine’s group travel connectivity strategy and roadmap, expanding supply through partnerships with hotel chains, connectivity providers, technology platforms, and intermediaries. Lead complex partnerships from initial discussions through signed and activated agreements. Partner with Product, Engineering, Supply, Operations, and executives to prioritize integrations, define requirements, assess feasibility, and deliver commercial outcomes. Serve as a senior external representative and subject-matter expert on group travel connectivity, distribution, and booking ecosystems.

Own the Omni hotel booking platform roadmap across its Swift low-code storefront and Halo API. Drive API, SDK, documentation, partner onboarding, sandbox, credentials, diagnostics, and integration experiences from ideation through launch. Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and partnerships teams to simplify complex infrastructure, improve developer experience, and accelerate partners from evaluation to live bookings. Requires strong technical product judgment, API and platform expertise, prioritization skills, and comfort operating with ambiguity.

Lead Engine’s total rewards strategy across compensation, equity, benefits, job architecture, pay transparency, and geographic expansion. Advise executives on compensation and equity decisions, anticipate AI-driven workforce changes, build predictive analytics and market intelligence, modernize compensation technology, ensure compliance, and enable managers to communicate rewards effectively. The role requires deep expertise in compensation design, equity strategy, executive incentives, analytics, and scalable rewards programs in high-growth companies.

Leads company-wide business operations, planning cadences, resource allocation, strategic initiative execution, executive reporting, and operational analytics.
