Lead product strategy and delivery for Engine’s travel search, shopping, and booking experiences across flights, hotels, and rental cars. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to build scalable features, improve conversion, and enhance user confidence. Use customer research, behavioral data, experimentation, and A/B testing to guide roadmap decisions and continuously optimize the booking journey.

Build and maintain Engine X performance dashboards, reporting frameworks, data models, and complex SQL analyses using Snowflake. Track card, booking, rewards, spending, and retention metrics; investigate anomalies; support A/B tests; document metric definitions; and communicate findings to product, finance, and leadership. Collaborate with analytics and data engineering teams to validate pipelines and improve data quality.

Lead FinTech product design from vision through execution, including payment experiences, billing portals, spend management, bill payment, insights, and credit card products. Partner with product, engineering, data, and executives to define user-centered solutions, simplify complex workflows, lead design reviews, improve feedback processes, and shape design strategy while mentoring other designers and raising the organization’s quality bar.

Own and grow a portfolio of hotel chains, property management groups, ownership groups, and key lodging partners. Manage relationship cadence, QBRs, performance reviews, escalations, activation, revenue growth, and expansion opportunities. Monitor partner metrics, address underperformance, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations, and support renewals and commercial discussions. Maintain accurate partner, rate, contract, and pipeline records while tracking lodging distribution and technology trends.

Lead partnership acquisition strategy for Engine’s transportation and trucking vertical. Identify, negotiate, and close enterprise partnerships across fleet payments, TMS, telematics, ELD, fuel networks, and industry associations. Build executive relationships, onboard partners, coordinate integrations and go-to-market launches, and track pipeline, signed partnerships, and revenue KPIs. The role requires enterprise sales or business development expertise, financial acumen, scalable partner-led sales experience, and familiarity with transportation, logistics, or fleet ecosystems.

Leads operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across Client Operations. Responsibilities include optimizing processes, reducing waste, standardizing operations, using data to guide decisions, managing cross-functional projects, mentoring teams, delivering training, and integrating customer and frontline feedback. The role requires Lean Six Sigma expertise, strong analytical skills using SQL, Looker, and Excel, stakeholder influence, and a record of measurable operational improvements.
