Design, build, and configure Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR experiences; develop AWS Lambda functions and Lex bots; configure Contact Lens and CTRs; integrate Connect with CRMs (Salesforce, ServiceNow) and third-party APIs; monitor via CloudWatch; support IaC deployments (CloudFormation/Terraform); document designs and support UAT with stakeholders.

Owner of telephony/contact center product strategy and roadmap. Advocate for customers, manage backlog and OKRs, run discovery, partner with engineering (AWS Connect), prioritize telephony features like routing and IVR, and communicate product status to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Lead PD-level scheduling, resource/demand planning, budget management, status reporting, governance coordination, and process improvement for multiple concurrent AWS implementation initiatives. Manage dependencies, risks, procurement (SOWs/CRs/licenses), and produce leadership-level reports while building repeatable delivery playbooks and ensuring ServiceNow-based tracking and time reconciliation.
