Provide bilingual (Portuguese/English) technical support for Keeper's B2B customers: troubleshoot installations, SSO/AD/LDAP/authentication issues, escalate complex cases, document resolutions, and collaborate with engineering, QA, and sales to improve product quality and deployments.
