Lead Motive's go-to-market strategy and execution to launch, scale, and measure presence across Mexico, the UK, and Canada. Own market entry plans, build regional teams and partnerships, localize messaging and demand generation, align sales and marketing, manage budgets and reporting, run test-and-learn experiments, and present results to executives. Drive commercial outcomes and create repeatable playbooks for future international expansion.

Support RFIs/RFPs, analyze competitive positioning, and act as a cross-functional liaison to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive measurable outcomes for mid-market customers.

Lead and scale Motive's litigation function: develop and execute litigation strategy across IP, trade secret, Lanham and competitor disputes; manage outside counsel and budgets; oversee trial and motion practice; advise cross-functional teams; mentor litigation staff; and leverage AI-driven tools to advance business objectives.

Own a book of large enterprise accounts to drive adoption, value realization, renewals, and upsells. Lead onboarding and training, build C‑level relationships, manage escalations, coordinate cross-functional resources, capture product feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
