Build and manage Life360 Ads' demand-generation system, including lead stages, routing, HubSpot and Salesforce operations, website and landing pages, SEO, AI-search visibility, paid search, LinkedIn campaigns, email, account-based marketing, tracking, dashboards, and conversion testing. Partner with Sales, Content, Design, Events, and technical teams to improve lead quality, follow-up, qualified opportunities, and pipeline growth.

Responsibilities include architecture, performance optimization, staged rollouts, code reviews, mentoring, and advancing AI-native engineering practices.

Leads advanced analytics across the organization, owning MAU forecasting and growth models, experimentation standards, and causal inference methods. Establishes analytical best practices, reviews high-stakes analyses, partners with data and product teams, and scales recurring work through AI tooling. Mentors data professionals and translates complex statistical findings into actionable leadership recommendations.

Leads strategic analyses, market expansion decisions, acquisition and investment evaluations, financial modeling, valuation, and diligence for Life360’s corporate development team. Builds and deploys AI agents to identify acquisition targets and automate analysis. Partners with finance, legal, product, senior executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop recommendations and support live deals.

Lead strategic business development for Life360 by identifying high-value technology and consumer partners, opening executive relationships, negotiating distribution partnerships, and driving launches and post-launch growth. The role owns partner strategy, coordinates cross-functional teams, and targets three signed and two launched partnerships in the first year. Candidates should have approximately 15 years of technology business development or strategic partnerships experience, executive relationships, complex deal experience, and AI-enabled workflow expertise.

Leads a team of five executive assistants, supports 2–3 C-suite executives, and establishes standards for executive administration.
