The Director of ISV Partnerships will lead strategy and execution for MongoDB’s partner program, oversee a team, manage key relationships, and communicate with executive leadership to drive growth through ISV collaborations.

Lead U.S. Public Sector marketing strategy and execution focused on federal accounts and partners. Build annual plans, run flagship programs (summits, events, webinars), coordinate FedRAMP-related go-to-market motions, align partner/distributor activities, ensure compliant external claims, measure pipeline and partner impact, and drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment to produce measurable business outcomes.

Lead multi-year strategy, product architecture, and monetization for MongoDB's distributed query engine. Drive cross-functional alignment, engage senior customers, mentor PMs, shape investment priorities, and represent the product externally at conferences and standards bodies.

Serve as the primary technical owner for customer engagements, design and build integrations, write production-quality code, troubleshoot and ship scalable production solutions, capture precise product feedback, and partner with product and engineering to convert field learnings into roadmap improvements.
