Provides customer support via email, chat, and phone for home-buying and real estate brands. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, troubleshooting issues, creating and assigning leads, following support scripts, escalating concerns, and maintaining a high-quality customer experience. This is a remote 1099 contract role scheduled within operating hours from 7 AM to 7 PM Central time, seven days a week.
