Leads OppFi’s lifecycle and brand marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, repayment, servicing, and collections. Owns omnichannel communications through Braze, lifecycle KPIs, brand standards, creative direction, customer insights, and go-to-market strategy. Manages and mentors lifecycle marketing, design, and marketing technology teams while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Data, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, and executives. Drives experimentation, optimization, customer experience, and responsible marketing within a regulated FinTech environment.

Support design, analysis, administration, and improvement of compensation programs (base pay, incentives, commissions). Lead annual compensation planning, market pricing, job evaluations, internal equity analyses, forecasting, and executive reporting. Build advanced Excel models and dashboards, maintain compensation data in UKG, and partner with People Ops, Finance, Payroll, and HR Systems to ensure accurate, equitable, and compliant compensation administration.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, develop strategic roadmaps for application architecture, manage SaaS ecosystems, and build secure integrations and automations.
