Build and close complex B2B partnerships for Remitly’s cross-border and mass-payments infrastructure. Responsibilities include pipeline generation, consultative enterprise selling, executive relationship management, commercial modeling, negotiations, forecasting, and collaboration with Product, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, and Operations. The role also supports implementation handoffs, develops repeatable sales playbooks, and represents the partnerships business at industry events.

Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention across multiple products. Build and analyze multichannel experiments using email, push notifications, and in-app messaging through Braze. Partner with product, engineering, analytics, growth, creative, and design teams to integrate scalable lifecycle programs, define data requirements, optimize customer journeys, and deliver measurable campaign results.

Owns growth and business performance for Remitly’s USA-to-Caribbean money-transfer corridors. Develops regional strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and customer insights while coordinating product, pricing, marketing, risk, fraud, analytics, engineering, and partner teams. Monitors market and competitor trends, drives launches, manages partner opportunities, and measures results against customer, transaction, revenue, and profitability KPIs.

Leads Remitly’s verification, authentication, onboarding, AML, and financial crime control programs. Manages technical analytics and control-testing teams, develops risk scores and data products, oversees control effectiveness and audit readiness, and supports product and regional expansion. Partners across product, engineering, compliance, and operations to improve customer security, regulatory compliance, incident response, and fraud prevention. Requires substantial AML program leadership, people management, analytics experience, technical fluency, SQL skills, and familiarity with payments or remittances.

Own growth and market health across USA-to-Latin America remittance corridors. Develop regional strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and growth initiatives while partnering with product, pricing, marketing, risk, fraud, engineering, customer service, and external payout partners. Analyze customers, competitors, regulations, and market trends; influence cross-functional priorities; support product launches; and measure business outcomes. Requires deep LATAM market expertise, native Spanish fluency, and substantial B2C business, growth, or general management experience.

Leads the strategy and execution of offline customer acquisition for remittance users, building programs across retail, community, local media, direct mail, sponsorships, and point-of-sale channels. Owns partner and vendor networks, measurement frameworks, budgets, compliance coordination, campaign testing, and ROI reporting. Builds this new capability from the ground up while collaborating with Brand, Growth Marketing, Product, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and regional teams.

Lead internationalization engineering across Remitly’s global products. Build AI-powered translation tooling, localization pipelines, and frontend/backend i18n frameworks supporting multiple languages, scripts, and locales. Establish technical roadmaps, quality standards, and scalable translation practices while partnering with Localization, Product, Design, Legal, Marketing, and engineering teams. Mentor engineers, improve legacy systems, support RTL and bidirectional languages, and deliver locale-aware formatting and transliteration capabilities.

Conduct complex financial crime investigations involving trafficking, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, fraud, and money laundering. Analyze large transaction datasets with SQL, develop typologies and detection requirements, oversee scenario effectiveness, guide investigators, and engage law enforcement and regulatory partners. Produce defensible intelligence reports and briefings while identifying systemic detection failures and improving investigative quality.

Leads enterprise risk management and Partner Oversight for Remitly’s global disbursement network. Responsibilities include partner due diligence, AML/CFT and sanctions screening, licensing and beneficial-ownership reviews, country risk assessments, periodic monitoring, governance reporting, issue escalation, resiliency planning, and team leadership. The role manages the Partner Oversight team, presents risks to senior leadership, participates in partner engagements, and partners with Data and Engineering to improve processes and automate controls.

Leads the technical vision and architecture for Remitly’s Core Transfer Experience organization. Responsibilities include modernizing legacy distributed systems, establishing scalable and reliable backend, mobile, and web architectures, driving incremental migrations, setting operational excellence standards, enabling AI-native experiences, and influencing strategy across multiple engineering teams.
