Own long-term workforce planning and capacity strategy across Customer Success channels. Develop forecasts, staffing models, scenario analyses, dashboards, and labor investment recommendations. Maintain consistent brand voice while adapting tone across brands, support SEO and organic growth, contribute to A/B testing and data-driven copy initiatives, and collaborate with creative, CRM, growth, and marketing stakeholders in a fast-paced remote environment.

Own and drive the end-to-end commercial performance of two DTC growth brands, including merchandising, pricing, bundles, assortment, and promotional cadence. Build and run an experimentation roadmap to improve conversion, AOV, attach rate, and margin. Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain, growth & marketing, product, and CRM to deliver launches, campaigns, and brand expression. Lead end-to-end performance of customer-facing conversational AI and knowledge base.
