Leads enterprise sales and strategic customer relationships for RigUp’s downstream energy solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, proposals, negotiations, onboarding, account growth, market development, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Leadership. The role requires deep downstream oil and gas expertise, C-suite relationship development, complex RFP ownership, frequent client travel, AI-enabled sales workflows, and mentorship of account team members.

Leads accounts receivable and invoicing operations by overseeing accuracy, compliance, workload prioritization, mentoring teammates, supporting onboarding, resolving workflow issues, tracking KPIs, and coordinating process improvement projects. Prepares and submits invoices, supports revenue checks and recognition alignment, and partners with Finance, Sales, Client Operations, and other stakeholders. Serves as an invoicing subject matter expert and helps improve automation, training, and operational efficiency.

Leads enterprise sales and strategic customer relationships across utilities, power distribution, infrastructure, and data centers. Develops new business, manages pipelines, leads proposals and onboarding, and partners with operations, product, marketing, and leadership teams. Advises customers on workforce, contractor, outage, maintenance, and project needs while shaping go-to-market strategies and scalable sector processes. Mentors account team members and provides market insights to improve offerings and growth.
