Leads the learning and experience design function for Zscaler’s GTM organization. Defines strategy, operating models, roadmaps, and prioritization; manages a high-performing team; oversees learning design and delivery for onboarding, certifications, partner enablement, and related programs; establishes quality and measurement frameworks; and pilots AI-enabled and interactive learning approaches to improve scalable business impact.

Architect Zero Trust solutions, translate enterprise requirements into technical designs, and lead Proof of Value engagements from initiation through completion. Build technical champions through trusted advisory support and collaborate with Account Executives on account strategy, pipeline generation, and technical wins. The role requires deep expertise in network security, Zero Trust, SSE/SASE, and Federal customer environments.

Own customer-facing OT cybersecurity engagements globally, generating demand, leading consultative workshops, and designing target-state architectures across Zscaler’s OT portfolio. The role requires expertise in industrial control systems, Purdue-level OT environments, segmentation, network controls, asset visibility, and privileged access management. Responsibilities also include supporting Proof of Value planning, translating architecture into business outcomes, developing technical pipeline, providing field enablement, creating thought leadership, and feeding structured customer insights to product and sales teams.
