Own the strategic vision and roadmap for Coursera’s AI-driven search experience. Lead conversational search, personalization, semantic and multilingual search, ranking, and discovery improvements. Partner with engineering, design, research, data science, ML, marketing, and partnerships teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities. Use experimentation, market analysis, KPIs, and customer insights to improve conversion, merchandising, learner experience, and revenue.

Own offer strategy and promotional economics across Coursera and Udemy’s consumer businesses. Design discount frameworks, approval guardrails, eligibility rules, exception processes, and measurement systems. Partner with Pricing, Finance, Marketing, Data Science, Legal, and regional teams to evaluate growth, retention, margin, compliance, and cannibalization. Set evergreen and seasonal promotion strategies, harmonize practices across brands, and provide leadership to promotions specialists.

Lead FP&A systems transformation across a complex technology organization. Own the roadmap, evaluate and consolidate Workday Adaptive Planning and IBM Planning Analytics, oversee migration consultants and vendors, automate reporting and close workflows, establish governance and access controls, and partner with decentralized FP&A teams on tailored financial models. Manage and develop two technical team members while driving adoption, improving forecasting efficiency, and delivering strategic insights on investments, capital allocation, and technology business performance.
