Manage a portfolio of sub-accounts to drive renewals and expansion. Own renewal cycles, pipeline, and forecasting while partnering with Global/Strategic AEs. Use MEDDPICC, Salesforce, and Gong to identify upsell opportunities, produce ROI-backed proposals, and coordinate with Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to close deals and maximize retention.

The Insights Advisor will support customers post-sale by facilitating adoption, providing actionable insights, managing customer relationships, and driving platform engagement, while collaborating with Account Executives to enhance value realization.
