Own Iterable and Digioh across multiple brands, including platform configuration, segmentation, automation workflows, identity and data flows, deliverability, authentication, testing, analytics, and vendor relationships. Build and optimize lifecycle email programs spanning acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention. Partner with brand, lifecycle strategy, IT, and data teams to establish cross-brand standards, improve program health, and translate performance data into growth priorities.
