Lead design and execution of mechanical and structural test plans, build and operate hydraulic test fixtures, integrate and calibrate sensors, automate data collection and analysis with Python, produce technical reports, perform CAD design and collaborate across engineering teams to validate hardware performance.

Lead design, development, and testing of a deployable launch and recovery system for a next-generation UAS. Create CAD models and manufacturing drawings, perform structural, thermal, and fatigue analyses, oversee prototyping and validation, integrate launcher with aircraft systems, and support flight test campaigns and supplier production for field-deployable military operations.

Design, analyze, and integrate avionics thermal management for unmanned aircraft. Perform heat transfer and CFD modeling, support trade studies and hardware design, plan and execute thermal tests, correlate models with data, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Lead design and integration of secure, low-latency communication systems for autonomous aircraft, including RF, SATCOM, SDR, and tactical data links. Define system requirements, optimize encrypted data links, enable connectivity between airborne, ground, and satellite systems, develop AI-driven sensor fusion, validate performance via simulation and flight testing, and ensure DoD compliance and mission readiness.

Lead fuel system architecture, integration, testing, and operational support for a jet-powered UAV. Manage engineers and technicians working on tanks, pumps, valves, venting, pressurization, and sensors. Drive fluid/thermal trade studies, coordinate testing and instrumentation, support failure investigations, and align suppliers and schedules with program goals across propulsion, airframe, and manufacturing teams.

Lead architecture, design, and development of precision wire harnesses and cable assemblies for autonomous UAVs. Own 3D CAD routing, analysis, prototypes, and testing. Perform electrical and environmental reliability analysis, integrate with avionics/systems/manufacturing, and mentor engineers to establish harness design best practices.
