Design, analyze, and validate aircraft power electronics (HV/LV systems, DC-DC converters, inverters, motor controllers, battery/BMS). Own full hardware lifecycle: modeling, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, testing (HALT), verification, and cross-functional collaboration. Lead design reviews and manage program timelines to meet aerospace reliability and manufacturability standards.

Design and release primary and secondary structural components for an autonomous UAV. Execute conceptual through production design, perform hand stress calculations, support testing and validation, collaborate across disciplines, produce drawings and documentation, and work with manufacturing and flight test to resolve issues.

Lead mechanical design of rugged, deployable Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for next-generation UAS. Create CAD models and drawings, perform structural/thermal/fatigue analyses, run trade studies, oversee prototyping and testing, develop technical documentation, collaborate with manufacturing/suppliers, and support flight test campaigns to meet military and aviation standards.
