Own monthly revenue close activities including reconciliations, rollforwards, journal entries, and audit-ready workpapers. Serve as a strategic trusted advisor to enterprise customers, drive adoption and retention, deliver ROI-focused business reviews, build executive relationships, create and maintain success plans, mitigate risk, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and secure renewals and expansion.

Manage and grow an enterprise portfolio (Fed/SLED), drive adoption and ROI of the Abnormal platform, develop strategic success plans, identify expansion opportunities, build executive relationships, monitor health and mitigate risk, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure renewals and customer satisfaction.
