The Solutions Engineer serves as the technical owner for enterprise sales opportunities, leading discovery, solution design, demos, technical evaluations, integrations, security reviews, and business-case development. The role partners with sales, customers, Product, Engineering, and implementation teams to connect IT automation with device lifecycle and supply-chain operations. Responsibilities include handling objections, supporting MEDDIC, configuring APIs and workflows, enabling sales teams, and sharing customer insights to influence the product roadmap.

Drive revenue through partner channels, the AppDirect ecosystem, and direct referrals. Build consultative relationships, identify customer needs, recommend vCom solutions, manage complex sales cycles, maintain pipeline health and forecasting, lead sales POD activities, and apply effective sales methodologies. Serve as a subject matter expert on the vManager platform while engaging technical, business, and executive stakeholders.

Founding Account Executive responsible for selling the Devs.ai platform, building pipeline, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end, cross-selling AppDirect products, coordinating internal resources, meeting quota, and representing the company in customer engagements (travel as required).
