Lead end-to-end design from exploration to validation and action, collaborate with product and engineering, define AI-native enterprise patterns, and influence long-term AI/BI strategy.

Design and automate networking for large-scale compute clusters, ensuring robust and scalable connectivity across cloud resources for data and AI workloads.

Drive revenue realization and scalable enablement across a portfolio of accounts by designing repeatable workflows, building lightweight automations, analyzing activation and usage trends, identifying friction, and improving processes and tooling to increase customer adoption.

Own product roadmap and strategy for Databricks AI platform capabilities across training, serving, feature stores, vector search and LLM infrastructure. Partner with engineering, GTM, and customer teams to drive enterprise adoption, pricing, and commercialization of ML/AI platform features.

Lead strategy and execution to transition customers to serverless workspaces. Design frictionless, governed workspace creation flows, solve workspace proliferation with admin tooling, integrate with Unity Catalog and identity, and drive KPIs (e.g., Time to First Workspace, Serverless Adoption) to increase serverless usage.

Define the ecosystem strategy for Databricks, develop frameworks and tools for integrations, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally.
