Lead the field organizations AI adoption by defining enablement roadmaps, identifying and piloting high-impact field use cases, driving operational scale, building field champions, and owning governance for safe, compliant AI tool adoption. Partner with product, engineering, ops, and analytics to measure impact and embed AI into day-to-day sales workflows.

Design, maintain, and extend abuse detection and prevention systems for GitLab's SaaS platform. Serve as a core maintainer of a Ruby on Rails monolith, build anomaly detection and agentic AI mitigations, automate abuse response, collaborate with peer engineering and security teams, and produce runbooks and operational documentation.

Design, implement, and evolve complex backend features and architecture. Improve reliability, performance, and security at scale. Mentor engineers, participate in incident response, set backend standards, and integrate agentic AI into production workflows.

Build and scale partner-sourced pipeline by designing and executing repeatable partner-led campaigns, account mapping, and whitespace analysis. Enable and activate distributors, longtail resellers, and hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud), integrate partners into territory planning, run event-driven and 1:many motions via partner portals, and provide forecasting and reporting on partner impact to accelerate new customer acquisition and marketplace transactions.

Design and implement backend and real-time features in the GitLab monolith for portfolio planning at scale. Optimize PostgreSQL performance, evolve APIs (GraphQL/REST), build capacity planning and work-item hierarchies, create proofs of concept, maintain automated tests, support safe rollouts with feature flags and observability, mentor contributors, and participate in on-call and production troubleshooting.

Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers to drive adoption and measurable outcomes with GitLab. Provide deployment guidance, lead workshops and Centers of Excellence, translate product usage data into actionable recommendations, monitor KPIs, manage regular touchpoints per SLAs, and collaborate cross-functionally to align on customer success and expansion plans.

Own and grow a book of SMB and mid-market accounts in Northern Cone. Prospect, run complex sales cycles, articulate GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps value, collaborate cross-functionally, support adoption and renewals, and reduce churn while using structured selling methodologies.
