Lead Kasa’s national and regional B2B sales organization, driving corporate and group revenue growth. Build and coach a high-performing sales team, establish KPIs and performance routines, improve forecasting and reporting, secure national accounts, and develop scalable processes for prospecting, contracting, and handoff. Partner with Revenue Management, Operations, Distribution, and Marketing to align commercial strategy, pricing, inventory, and demand opportunities. Represent Kasa with customers and at industry events.

The Program Associate manages operational projects from kickoff through rollout and adoption. Responsibilities include rewriting SOPs, coordinating change management, training affected teams, supporting product and tooling improvements, tracking project outcomes, communicating status, and using operational data to measure impact. Maximize revenue and profitability across hotel and multifamily property portfolios. Develop pricing, yield management, and revenue strategies based on market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns, and forecasts. Track portfolio performance, communicate weekly strategy updates, maintain accurate financial forecasts, and optimize length-of-stay, market segment, and source mix to improve net revenue and operating profit.

The National Sales Manager will develop and execute national sales strategies, lead corporate travel RFPs, prospect and close high-value hospitality accounts, build strategic partnerships, and grow national revenue. Responsibilities include sales forecasting, KPI and process development, cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, revenue management, and operations, customer feedback gathering, and industry representation.
