Own and grow Mattermost’s Intelligence Community territory through enterprise SaaS sales, strategic renewals, expansion, and net-new acquisition. Lead complex, multi-million-dollar sales involving security reviews, ATO processes, classified procurement, and executive stakeholders. Build co-sell relationships with cleared Federal Systems Integrators, manage partner-influenced opportunities, maintain Salesforce forecasting discipline, and achieve annual revenue quotas across IC agencies and mission-aligned organizations.

The role requires customer-facing technical leadership, infrastructure expertise, DevSecOps knowledge, and eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Own the reliability, performance, architecture, and platform integrations of Mattermost’s React Native mobile application. Improve behavior in disconnected and constrained environments, synchronization, recovery, crash-free performance, observability, native iOS and Android capabilities, secure storage, notifications, background execution, and enterprise distribution. Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, debug production issues, support security and compliance requirements, and contribute to the open-source codebase.

Leads technical architecture and roadmap for Mattermost’s core web platform across Go, React, and TypeScript. Owns distributed systems, API design, testing strategy, internal engineering tooling, security and compliance alignment, and quality standards.
