Design, build, and maintain scalable Spark-based ETL pipelines and computed tables in a central data lake. Integrate structured and unstructured IoT, sensor, and external data for analytics, model training, and dashboards. Lead and scale a cross-functional AI and engineering organization that builds production-grade AI models, automated data pipelines, and LLM-driven workflows to power Samsara's GTM operations. Define a multi-year AI roadmap, set quality and review standards for model outputs, collaborate with execs across Engineering, Product, and RevOps, and hire and mentor managers and individual contributors to drive adoption and reliable automation across CRM, telemetry, and enterprise data systems.

Own technical pre-sales for large enterprise customers: demonstrate Samsara IoT hardware and cloud, design solutions, run POCs and installations, integrate via APIs, build dashboards and custom reports, mentor SEs, and partner with sales to close complex deals.

Lead Samsara's global compensation strategy and job architecture; advise senior leaders across functions; drive complex compensation initiatives end-to-end; partner with Finance, HRIS, People Analytics, and Recruiting; benchmark market practices; and hire, develop, and lead a global team of Compensation Partners to scale pay programs equitably.

Partner with regional sales to lead technical pre-sales for enterprise customers: map requirements to solutions, run hardware POCs and SaaS dashboard setups, support API integrations, mentor other SEs, and drive complex deal execution and project delivery.

Manage strategic, named enterprise accounts end-to-end: prospect, qualify, run POCs/trials, negotiate multi-stakeholder pricing, and close $100k–$500k deals while building executive/CXO relationships and representing Samsara’s product portfolio.
