Serves as the senior technical advisor and strategic partner for Talkdesk’s largest enterprise customers. Leads complex onboarding, platform optimization, technical initiatives, adoption strategies, risk mitigation, and change management. Builds executive relationships, supports business reviews, analyzes usage and ROI, enables renewals and expansion, and coordinates cross-functional resolution across Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success. Develops technical roadmaps, best practices, customer insights, and scalable delivery processes.

Senior technical lead for APAC partners driving partner enablement, co-selling, and technical leadership around Talkdesk CCaaS/CXA. Responsibilities include advanced demonstrations, solution design, ecosystem integrations, Agentic AI implementations, partner competency development, and regional representation with ~35-70% travel.

Lead the implementation of CXA and CCaaS solutions for healthcare clients, focusing on EHR integrations, mentoring teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Serve as first point of contact for platform issues: triage incidents, classify impact/severity, attempt resolution, maintain ticket hygiene, track SLAs, escalate ownership, update knowledge base, and communicate incidents. Support reporting, WFM, and QM applications, monitor integrations and system health, and assist with user management, scheduling, recordings, and media troubleshooting.

Lead FP&A business partnering for G&A (HR, Legal, IT, Finance). Drive planning, consolidation, baseline reporting, KPI centralization, and Adaptive system/admin work. Integrate data from Salesforce, NetSuite and other sources (Snowflake/Power BI/AI). Forecast cash and balance sheet, partner with Collections/AP, and manage FP&A analysts while presenting insights to senior leadership and the board.
