Provides high-touch business travel consulting and reservation services across air, rail, car rental, hotel, ferry, black car, and charter bookings. Manages client portfolios, applies travel policies, identifies savings, supports online and offline booking tools, maintains service-level agreements, and builds lasting client relationships. The role requires strong business travel knowledge, GDS expertise, exceptional communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Navan and R&M technology.

Supports Account Managers and B2B travel and expense customers by resolving product configuration, integration, payment, policy, and platform issues. Communicates with program administrators, handles escalations, coordinates cross-functional solutions, drives adoption and retention, tracks customer KPIs, provides product feedback, and documents scalable processes.

Partners with enterprise Account Executives and sales leaders to qualify and close complex travel technology deals. Demonstrates Navan’s platform, presents value propositions to travel managers, conducts strategy sessions, scopes solutions, runs proof-of-concepts and workshops, produces business value assessments, and supports pipeline progression. The role also enables Account Executives, provides competitive insights, and shares feedback with product and operations teams while contributing to sales quota attainment.

Own strategic relationships with complex enterprise clients, serving as a trusted executive advisor and voice of the customer. Lead migrations from legacy travel-management technology to Navan, including scoping, implementation, go-live, and hypercare. Drive adoption, retention, compliance, training, health checks, business reviews, risk mitigation, and churn prevention. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales on feedback, enhancement requests, and escalations while managing stakeholder alignment and change resistance.

Lead pre-sales scoping and embed operational experts into late-stage enterprise sales to simplify service tiers, protect margins, enforce scoping integrity, publish pre-sales collateral, and govern pre-sales metrics. Partner with Product, Pricing, Sales, and Enablement to translate operations into commercial narratives and reduce onboarding friction while advancing AI-first capabilities.
