Lead and grow an 8–10 engineer software team, define technical vision and roadmap, ensure scalable/highly available architecture, run design reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and champion AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery.

Support day-to-day operations for medium, moderately complex accounts by managing warehouse readiness, monitoring site performance, and running process-improvement projects. Serve as a platform expert, conduct software demos, analyze KPIs, maintain SOPs, and advise junior staff. Collaborate with customers and warehouse operators and support strategic initiatives and QBRs.
