Lead and coach a small expansion-focused account management team while carrying your own commercial/mid-market book. Build expansion playbooks, drive add-on/cross-sell/upsell motions, own pipeline/forecast/commit, partner with Customer Success and Renewals, and engage Sales Engineering to close expansion deals. Shape segmentation, coverage, and territory planning.

Lead lifecycle for enterprise and OEM/channel customers—onboard, deploy, drive adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion.
