Manage workplace investigations, respond to claims and audits, oversee pre-litigation and litigation with outside counsel, draft and negotiate employment agreements and policies, support federal contractor compliance, advise on AI use in hiring, and train People teams on employment law developments.

Provide legal counsel across the product lifecycle for a SaaS security company, advising on AI, privacy, data security, export controls, licensing, open-source, IP, and incident response. Partner with product, engineering, and contracts teams to ensure compliance, negotiate licenses, and support go-to-market efforts and security events.
