The Staff Engineer will build web APIs and data pipelines for electricity cost modeling, collaborating across teams and ensuring efficient code in the energy analytics domain.

Design, build, and maintain production data pipelines and tooling (CI/CD, testing, validation) using Snowflake, dbt, and orchestration tools. Model, transform, document, and optimize data to produce reliable curated datasets for analytics and solutions, enforce engineering best practices, and mentor teammates while ensuring scalability, observability, and data integrity.

Lead and scale Arcadia's Data & Analytics engineering organization, define multi-year data platform architecture (Snowflake-based), drive platform governance and cross-organizational adoption, optimize large-scale data processing, and align data investments with business goals while building high-performing teams.
