Partner with Operations, Payments, Commercial, and R&D to optimize service labor, reduce processing costs and errors, improve margins, and protect customer retention. Lead adoption of document processing and agentic automation while maintaining operational continuity and translating efficiency gains into competitive pricing.

Leads customer success strategy and operating-model execution for a B2B SaaS energy-management company.
