Provides legal and administrative support to SAIC’s Office of General Counsel. Responsibilities include drafting legal and corporate documents, conducting legal research, supporting contracts, governance, SEC filings, trademarks, litigation, investigations, audits, and corporate transactions. Maintains contracts and deadlines, responds to internal legal inquiries, and coordinates with attorneys, outside counsel, government agencies, and business stakeholders. Requires extensive systems engineering or solutions architecture experience, defense industry expertise, U.S. citizenship, and active TS clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI with polygraph.

Sources and cultivates startup investment and business collaboration opportunities for SAIC Ventures. Leads investment workstreams, commercial, technical, and business diligence, investment theses, valuation analysis, stakeholder materials, and portfolio reporting. Builds relationships across startups, co-investors, venture networks, and SAIC business units while helping integrate portfolio-company technologies into government-focused offerings and supporting post-investment value creation.

Leads enterprise solution architecture and technical strategy for SAIC’s Air Force, Space and Intelligence business. Evaluates emerging technologies, shapes customer and acquisition strategies, guides capture and proposal efforts, develops architectures and technical artifacts, supports investments and partnerships, and integrates complex technologies across federal missions. The role also briefs senior government stakeholders, drives innovation and modernization, reviews proposal quality, and mentors solution architects.

Designs, develops, modifies, evaluates, tests, and sustains electronic equipment and electrical systems for US Navy aircraft and military systems. Responsibilities include circuit design, power and RF systems, radar, control systems, fault isolation, technical documentation, requirements analysis, and test equipment development.
