Manages pharmaceutical and biotech medical communications accounts and projects from initiation through delivery. Responsibilities include client relationship management, project scopes, timelines, budgets, forecasting, billing, resourcing, risk mitigation, meeting facilitation, and cross-functional coordination. Ensures deliverables meet quality and Medical, Legal, and Regulatory compliance requirements while maintaining project finances and client communication. The role also contributes to strategic communications planning and requires proficiency with project management and office software.

Analyzes workforce data and creates dashboards, reports, and recommendations for People & Culture leaders. Manages HRIS data integrity, Rippling implementation, automations, workflows, integrations, surveys, compensation-cycle analysis, compliance reporting, and data audits. Partners with Finance, Operations, and business leaders while mentoring the People Operations team. Uses Excel, AI tools, Airtable, and scripts to streamline processes and improve data quality.

Supports the People Operations team through administrative tasks, employee onboarding and offboarding, HRIS updates, employee inquiries, and HR projects. Coordinates new hire paperwork, system access, orientation logistics, and termination processing. Serves as a point of contact for HR policies and benefits, resolves routine issues, escalates complex matters, and helps improve People & Culture processes. Requires strong organization, communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
