Design and develop complex technical support solutions, reproduce and track customer issues, recommend product enhancements, produce technical documentation, collaborate on POCs, and manage networking, cloud, virtualization, backup/recovery and Kubernetes across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Analyze marketing and customer data to identify trends and optimization opportunities. Build scalable lead ingestion solutions, write SQL and Python for ETL and analysis, maintain curated datasets and dashboards, automate reporting, and collaborate with marketing, analytics, data science, and engineering teams while documenting data definitions and methodologies.

Provide commercial legal support to global sales: draft, review and negotiate SaaS/software/channel agreements; advise on privacy, risk, and compliance; develop templates, playbooks, and training; partner with Sales and Deal Desk to resolve issues and escalate complex matters.

Provide pragmatic legal advice and lead drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements (SaaS, BaaS, services, channel). Partner with Sales, Deal Desk and operations to identify and mitigate legal, privacy, regulatory and commercial risks, improve contract playbooks and processes, and deliver training to support global sales transactions.
