Provides technical troubleshooting and functional support for Jenzabar products used by higher education institutions. Resolves application and system issues using SQL, logs, browser developer tools, and structured workflows; manages multiple customer cases; documents solutions; communicates with customers and internal teams; and escalates issues to Product and Engineering. The role requires customer empathy, strong prioritization, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and familiarity with web applications, enterprise software, and higher education processes.

Leads a global technical and software support team serving complex enterprise issues across infrastructure, hardware, networks, and applications. Builds a customer-focused, metrics-driven support organization; manages schedules, escalations, performance reviews, training, procedures, and continuous improvement. Coordinates with business, IT, engineering, and application teams to restore services and resolve root causes. Uses AI-enabled tools and analytics responsibly to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Manage client relationships for higher education customers, maximizing satisfaction, product value, and ROI. Serve as the liaison between Jenzabar and clients, conduct campus visits and annual reviews, gather product feedback, develop senior-level relationships, support account strategy and future sales, provide client service training, and represent the company at regional conferences. The role requires 50–75% travel and responsible use of AI-enabled tools and analytics.

Support and manage day-to-day operations of customer-hosted cloud environments within the Jenzabar One ecosystem. Troubleshoot priority incidents, perform upgrades, provide SQL Server configuration and T-SQL scripting support, produce root cause/post-mortem analyses, drive process improvements and automation, mentor junior staff, and serve as an escalation point for cross-functional teams.

Sell Jenzabar software, services, and partner products to existing clients while driving retention, adoption, and satisfaction. Manage large campus-wide implementations and cloud/SSO migrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, track growth metrics, and support post‑go‑live success. Leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to inform decisions and improve client outcomes.

Manage and optimize CRM platforms, support cross-departmental student marketing initiatives, implement automation and AI-enabled tools, create training and communications, troubleshoot and maintain CRM functionality, and deliver strategic recommendations to stakeholders to improve campaign performance.
